Initiate Request
Visit our Support portal and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Inspection
Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details; please ensure the product remains in its original packaging with all protective films intact.
Pickup and Shipping
Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address at no additional cost, or provide instructions for self-shipping if the service is unavailable in your pin code.
Refund or Replacement
After we receive and verify the returned product at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or a replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days.
